Terms and Conditions for JobsApp Mobile Application

Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the JobsApp mobile application (the "App") operated by JobsApp s.r.o.. ("we," "us," or "our").

  1. Acceptance of Terms By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the App.
  2. Use of the App 2.1 Eligibility You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and meet all other eligibility requirements.

2.2 Account Registration To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

2.3 User Content You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on the App ("User Content"). However, by posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display your User Content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

2.4 Prohibited Conduct You agree not to: a) Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose; b) Violate any applicable laws or regulations; c) Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers or networks; d) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or other users' accounts; e) Engage in any fraudulent or deceptive activities; f) Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by JobsApp Ltd. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written permission.
  2. Privacy We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
  3. Disclaimer of Warranties The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  4. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App.
  5. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JobsApp Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
  6. Modifications to the Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on the App. Your continued use of the App after the posting of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
  7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Europe. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Europe.
  8. Severability If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
  9. Entire Agreement These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and JobsApp Ltd. regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
